2024 Amigos Night Culinary Sponsor Confirmation Form

We are thrilled you have agreed to participate in the Amigos Night Fundraising Event. We wholeheartedly appreciate your kind donation and assistance on this special evening. The event will occur on November 2, 2024, at The Hangar at Regatta Harbor, 3385 Pan American Dr., Miami, FL 33133.
Culinary sponsor booth package consisting of:
- Up to (2) two six-foot tables, draped & skirted
- Complementary disposable plates, utensils & napkins
- Four non-transferable working passes for your staff
- Two complimentary general admission tickets to the event
- Logo placement as specified in the sponsor letter
- 8x8 Ad in the event's program book.
Your tax-deductible donation and commitment consist of the following:
- 1,500 bite-size portions of your signature dish
- Service staff (max. 4) dressed in standard restaurant/catering attire
Important Information for the Event:
- Cooking/Frying on-site is not permitted.
- If culinary staff is required, please inform us in advance, and we will make arrangements accordingly.
- Please ensure you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to domino@amigosforkids.org.
- Kindly email your 8x8 Ad to domino@amigosforkids.org.
- The restaurant's service hours will be from 8 PM to 10:30 PM.
- Note: Please avoid any equipment breakdowns before 10:30 PM.
- This year, all restaurant decorations are to be kept to a minimum. You are welcome to transform your tabletop space and set up a pop sign. However, there is no room to accommodate any elaborate setups.
COI - Insurance is required of ALL Vendors. The following are the insurance requirements:
- Every Vendor Outside of the Approved Vendor List must provide the following coverage naming Hangar Grove, LLC as Additional Insured on a Certificate with the following coverage:
- General Liability Insurance:
- Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability:
- Each Occurrence - $1,000,000
- General Aggregate Limit - $2,000,000
- Operations - $1,000,000 Products / Completed
- Personal & Advertising Injury - $1,000,000
- Automobile Liability (if commercial vehicles are involved with an event): n/a
- Workers Compensation:
- Statutory Limits - State of Florida
- Waiver of Subrogation
- Umbrella Policy (Excess Follow Form)
- Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability:
- Each Occurrence - $3,000,000
- General Aggregate Limit - $3,000,000
