• Color Request Policy:

  • If you submit an inspiration picture with a specific color, we reserve the right to accept or deny the color request.

  • If accepted, we will conduct a color test on the hair you provide to ensure it meets our quality standards.

  • If the hair does not pass the test, we will inform you that we cannot proceed with coloring due to potential damage to the hair.

  • If the hair passes the test, we will proceed with the color service. Please note, while we aim to replicate the inspiration picture, exact matches cannot be guaranteed as we are not the creators of the image.

• Color Variation Notice:

  • Due to different lighting, settings, and devices, actual colors may vary from what you see in the picture.

  • We use studio and natural lighting for our product photos, which may affect how colors appear.

• Accepted Payments:

  • We accept payments through Apple Pay, Zelle, and Venmo.

• Order Processing Times: 

  • Orders for "Provide Your Own Hair/Wig" items typically take 7-14 business days to process.

  • Processing times exclude holidays and weekends. If there is a delay, we will notify you promptly.

• Hair Submission Guidelines:

  • Once a non-refundable payment is made, please send your hair within 1-2 weeks.

  • Failure to send your hair within this timeframe will result in cancellation of your order without a refund.

  • Upon payment, you will receive an email with our mailing address for hair submission. Please provide us with the tracking number promptly.

• Order Completion and Payment:

   

  • Once your order is completed, we will email you a photo of the final product and an invoice for any remaining balance.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before your order is shipped. Failure to pay will result in non-shipment of your order.

  • All "Provide Your Own Hair/Wig" orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
