Accepted Payments:
- We accept payments via Apple Pay, Zelle, or Stripe.
Payment Terms:
- For Apple Pay or Zelle payments, a non-refundable deposit of half the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid before shipping your order.
- For Stripe payments, the full amount is due upfront.
Color Request Policy:
- If you are requesting a custom unit with a specific color and provide an inspiration picture, we reserve the right to accept or deny the color request.
- If accepted, please note we aim to replicate the color as closely as possible, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed since we are not the creators of the inspiration picture.
- Colors may appear differently in person due to individual lighting, settings, and device variations.
Photography Disclaimer:
- We use studio and natural lighting to photograph our products, which may affect how colors appear in photos. Thus, we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy.
Processing Times:
- Custom orders with our quality raw extensions take 14-21 business days to prepare, plus an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.
- Custom orders with our quality virgin hair extensions take 7-14 business days to prepare, plus an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.
- Please note, processing times do not include holidays or weekends. In case of any delays, we will notify you promptly.
Final Sale Policy:
- All custom orders are final sale for sanitary reasons. We do not allow refunds or exchanges.
