- Max of 6 units per slab
- Max of 3 stories for residential construction
- No construction management (must pay subcontractors directly)
- Not eligibile for work on group homes for the disabled, elderly youth or transitional housing or on medical facilities, hospital or schools.
- Not eligible for construction or remodel on condominiums
- No direct employees that perform any plumbing or roofing payroll
- No townhouses that have 25 or more units
- Insured doesn't draw plans, designs or specifications for others
- No operations performing / working on the following
  - Petroleum, industrial or chemcial facilies
  - Structural retaining walls over 6 feet
  - Boilers, wood, coal or waste oil burning stoves
  - Elevators or escalators
  - Tunneling or fiber optic cable
  - Water / Sewer mains
  - Street / Road
  - Dams
  - Airport or roads
