Doe Bay Spa Use Waiver Hold Harmless and Release

Doe Bay is required by our insurance carrier to have all users of the spa execute this release. The undersigned hereby waives claims, releases and holds harmless Doe Bay Resort and Retreat, its owners and all individuals and entities involved in ownership or operation of the spa from any claims related to use of the spa. The undersigned acknowledges that there are risks inherent in using hot tubs and saunas and that this spa is used without supervision or lifeguards and user assumes those risks. The user signing below further agrees to comply with all rules and regulations for spa use including no glass containers, no alcohol, no use by those who may be inebriated and no photography. Once executed, this waiver remains in effect until waived in writing, received, and acknowledged by Doe Bay.
