Consent, Release, Waiver of Liability

CLASS TERMS: Only one person per project unless the scheduled event specifies otherwise. There are no refunds or cancellations. If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, please contact us. Depending on the class you may have the option to have your project assembled in a DIY kit and can be picked up at the studio at a later date. Workshops will start on time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.

PHOTO CONSENT/MEDIA WAIVER: I hereby agree that Quintons Crafthouse and instructor(s) may use my photograph in the routine promotion of its classes, activities and other non-commercial applications. I authorize and grant the right for Quintons Crafthouse to use the right to use, publish and reproduce, for all purposes in any and all media including without limitations, internet, promotions, advertising, brochures and other print media. I also understand that Quintons Crafthouse is not liable or responsible in any way for photos that other members post on social media or otherwise share or distribute as we have no control over others’ actions. Should I object, I understand that I need to contact person directly as Quintons Crafthouse is not involved or responsible for that situation.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I acknowledge the risks involved for the class I have registered for and the items that may be used during class that may include but not limited to working with, canvas, paints (oil, acrylic, chalk, latex), wood, wood related products, nail guns, nails, sand paper, screws, wire, ribbon, scissors, glue, other craft supplies, oil based stain etc. that may be used during the class. I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. Occasionally, unforeseen individual risks and circumstances may arise. I understand my participation is undertaken at our own risk, with no liability to Quintons Crafthouse and instructor(s).  

RELEASE OF CLAIMS: By agreeing to participate in classes, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Quintons Crafthouse and instructor(s) for any injury or damages as a result of participating in the classes. I agree to hereafter forever release Quintons Crafthouse and instructor(s) from any all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which I have ever had, now have or will have in the future, arising from my past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, any acts or omissions or anything related to a class.
