Please note that this event form is NOT used for placeholding in the calendar therefore your application will be rejected if there is not enough information. For "BLUE" events, placeholders should already been set at the beginning of the year during the Calendar Planning Session. For "GREEN" events, we ask that you please submit your request to later than 6 weeks prior to your proposed event date to allow sufficient time for processing and advertising. Any external event will be subject to our communications calendar availability.
