The intent of a scholarship from AFP Bluegrass Chapter is to make available professional growth opportunities, which would not otherwise be available to fundraising professionals. The AFP Scholarship Program promotes and enhances fundraising professionals in our service area and encourages involvement in the AFP Bluegrass. All awards will be selected by the Scholarship Committee.

Chapter Committees

Committees are:

Membership - Assist with promoting membership, retaining chapter members, and planning membership socials

Scholarship: Assisting with reviewing and approving chapter scholarship applications

National Philanthropy Day (NPD) - Assist with the planning, recruiting, and coordinating of NPD. 

Programming: Assist with recruiting luncheon speakers, preparing materials for each luncheon, and speaker follow-up.
