• Group Class Registration

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Commands your dog knows
  • Does your dog respond reliably to these commands?
  • Has your dog ever displayed aggression towards another dog or person?
  • Is your dog up to date on all required vaccinations? (Proof of vaccination is required to participate in group class)

  • LittleRose Canine Services Group Class Rules

  • -You are responsible for your dog (their behavior and health) at all times

    -Make sure appropriate training tools (flat collar, leash, remote collar etc) are on your dog prior to class

    -All dogs MUST be on leash for the entirety of the class. Leashes must be 6-foot long or shorter; no long lines unless instructed.

    -NO flexi/retractable leashes

    -This registration form must be filled out and payment received prior to the start of group class

    -Each dog must have their own handler. If you have multiple dogs, bring an additonal person with you

    -You are responsible for any injury your dog may cause to another person or dog
