Rules
From May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025, each chapter tracks dollars donated, pounds of food collected, and the number of hours volunteered for community service efforts.
On January 1, 2025 and May 1, 2025, chapters will use this JotForm to report their calculations for the tracking period. Chapters will receive 1 point for each volunteer hour, 10 pounds of food donated, and $10 donated. A minimum of 10 cumulative points is needed for a chapter to be recognized.
Historically, Harvest for All has focused solely on raising dollars, donating food, and volunteering hours to fight food insecurity in our state. Illinois Farm Bureau is adopting American Farm Bureau Federation's recent change to allow donations (in the form of dollars, food, or volunteering) to benefit ANY kind of community service projects, NOT just those dedicated to benefiting food banks, pantries, or kitchens.
Application
List each Harvest for All event including the following information: date of event, organization being supported, dollars donated, pounds of food collected, and number of hours volunteered. There must be a signature from the advisor to verify that the total amount given is accurate.
