RecPlex Program Refund Policy

Programs cancelled by the RecPlex
Participant will receive a full refund.

Refund request by Participant
- Requests made 4 or more days before program start date receives a full refund, less a 10% pocessing fee with a cap of $10.
- Requests made less than 4 days before program start date will receive a full refund, less a 50% processing fee.
- Request made after program start date will only be refunded a pro-rated portion of the fee for medical, relocation or military reasons, less a 10% processing fee with a cap of $10.
  - Proof of medical, relocation or militry leave may be required in order to receive a refund.
- No refunds for Personal Training.
- No refunds for drop-in class packages.
Approved refunds will be issued as a check or credit card refund. Please allow up to 15 days for processing. Please provide the following information to ensure your refund is processed.
