MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Stellar Shots LLC, the photographer, to photograph myself . I hereby grant and understand that Stellar Shots LLC may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.
CANCELATION POLICY: I understand and agree that refunds are only given under certain circumstances. Acceptable cancellations are only granted if proper notice is given no later than one week out from the event start date. Failure to notify us within one week of the start date will not be granted a refund in any circumstance.
