I am aware of the risks and dangers of participating in this event known as "Hastiludia" or "The Hastliude." This waiver absolves The Company, herein kown as "Hastartes Tactical/Hastartes Martial Arts" of any duty for injuries sustained on the premises before, during, or after the activity. I promise not to hold responsible the organizer, Guro Ferdinand Terado, Hastartes Tactical/Hastartes Martial Arts, its staff, members, or students liable or pursue legal action against them.
By signing this agreement, I agree to hold the company completely harmless, including financial responsibility for any injuries sustained, regardless of the cause or circumstances.
I will do all in my power to obey the organizer, staff, instructors and all safety requirements, and I will seek clarification if necessary.
