  • BY SIGNING BELOW, I AGREE: 

     

    • To keep the location of THE DEMAND PROJECT’S CAMPUS AT MOUNT ARUKAH to myself without disclosing to anyone who has not signed a RELEASE FORM;
    • To NOT take any photos, selfies, groupies, or video without express permission from the Executive Team (Kristin Weis or Holly Frankfurt); 
    • To NOT post any photos, selfies, groupies, or video on any of your personal or business social media accounts; 
    • To ONLY visit the Campus with a scheduled appointment or express permission from the Executive Team.
    • that I must have a signed waiver on file with The Demand Project prior to visiting the campus.
    • to obtain approval from the campus coordinator prior to EACH visit.
    • not to bring guests, including minors, that do not also have a waiver / agreement on file with The Demand Project. (The Demand Project welcomes the opportunity to involve children in mission-minded activities. With this in mind, any child on campus must be well-behaved and supervised at all times by their parent or guardian. The Demand Project is not responsible for the safety or well being of any child who is not a TDP client / resident.)
    • to sign in and out with the Campus Coordinator or designated TDP staff member at the beginning and end of every visit.
    • not to enter program houses or the leadership house unless specifically approved (each time) by the Campus Coordinator or designated TDP staff member. If entering a house in which residents / staff live, I will knock and wait to be welcomed inside.
    •  To interact with RESIDENTS or CLIENTS only when accompanied by AUTHORIZED STAFF MEMBERS; and
    • not to be alone at any time with a resident unless I have successfully completed The Demand Project’s Direct Care training and the Managing Aggressive Behavior training.
       not to share personal belongings, electronic devices, etc. with residents. 
    • not to bring animals to campus, unless the animal is a registered service animal
    •  that any gifts or donations for the campus or residents must be given to the Campus Coordinator or designated TDP staff member - not given directly to residents.
    • not to smoke or drink alcohol on campus under any circumstances.

     

    I UNDERSTAND THAT THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF THE RESIDENTS AND CLIENTS SERVED BY THE DEMAND PROJECT COME FIRST OVER ANY OTHER OBJECTIVES, DESIRES, OR GOALS.
