We are a small drive-thru coffee shop business coming to Oklahoma City, OK. Our goal is to provide carefully crafted quality coffee to our customers while being engaging and kind. We aim to make our customer's day better, listen and interact with them in a way that makes them feel valued as time allows, and provide a safe and fun work environment to employees.

We're looking for team members that are excited to display their amazing skills, as well as challenge and improve their skills. Must have a strong sense of team work and all that it entails. Must be detail oriented, flexible, have effeçtive communication skills and exceptional customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must. There is opportunity for growth and development as we expand.

1 Year Barista Experience is a desired but not required. However, presidence will be given to those with experience. Weekend availability is also a must.

Responsibilities Include but aren't limited to:

Take coffee and drink orders from customers
Craft specialty beverages
Use Point-Of-Sales (POS) system and handle cash accurately
Interact with customers, maintain customer service standard
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standard operating procedures
Maintain day-to-day areas and ensuring they are fully stocked, organized and well cleaned
Understand how to open and close the store with proper procedures

Requirements:

Foodsafe Certified (at least 2 weeks after employment)
Available to work at least 3 shifts/week
Available to work at least one Saturday or Sunday shift/week
Minimum one year experience in customer service
Proficiency in English

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00/hr to start + Tips

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Shift: Opening, Mid-day, Closing shifts available

Weekly day range: At least 3 weekdays a week, must be able to work at least one weekend day per week

We are in an effort to gain useful insight on how you would troubleshoot different scenarios that could come up while working. Please answer the questions below to the best of your ability.

It is late the evening before your opening shift and a family emergency arises, and will not be able to attend your opening shift. What would you do?

We are not opening until August but will be hiring in the mean time. Will you be able to start work mid to late August?
