  • TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CLASS REGISTRATION
Registration Term: When registering for classes, your payments will be configured for the current session that is running. Sessions are 15 weeks long in the Fall and Spring, and at least 9 weeks long in the Summer and Winter, with prices adjusted accordingly. Session lengths are subject to change before a session begins, and prices will be adjusted to incorporate or not incorporate the additional classes scheduled to be provided. If you are enrolling mid-session, your cost will be prorated.

Early Cancellation: When registering for classes, you are committing to a full session of classes. Fall and Spring sessions are up to 16 weeks long, while Summer and Winter Mini-Sessions are at least 8 weeks long, with prices adjusted accordingly. Session lengths are subject to change before a session begins, and prices will be adjusted to incorporate or exclude any additional classes scheduled.
WE REQUIRE THREE (3) WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE TO DROP OUT OF A SESSION EARLY. Dropping out early is defined as canceling, stopping payments, or withdrawing before the last date of the session. All notices of mid-session cancellation must be submitted in writing to orlando@bellaballerina.com THREE (3) WEEKS PRIOR to the next payment being processed. Because a spot has been held for your dancer for the entire session, any notification of cancellation after a payment has been processed will not qualify for a refund, regardless of attendance status. Payments already made are non-refundable, and your child is welcome to attend the next four (4) classes included during the cancellation period. Tuition is still due during this three-week period.
If your dancer is signed up for the recital and you cancel your session early, you may forfeit your dancer’s ability to participate in the recital. This includes canceling less than three weeks prior to the recital to avoid the final payment. Tuition payments will take priority in these cases, and any outstanding tuition balances will be paid using the recital payment that was made earlier in the session.
When withdrawing early, you are also forfeiting any make-up classes available for missed dates during that session. Verbal notice to staff is NOT accepted as valid notification of withdrawal. Non-notification or actions such as tampering with, changing, or updating credit card information to circumvent the early cancellation policy will result in ineligibility to participate at any Bella Ballerina location and may result in legal action to recover commitment losses.
At Bella Ballerina, we highly value and expect open communication from our parents, just as we strive to communicate frequently and transparently with you. By registering for classes at Bella Ballerina, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Priority Registration: When registering for classes, you are committing to a session of classes (up to 16 weeks for Fall and Spring, and at least 8 weeks for Summer and Winter, with prices adjusted accordingly). Session lengths are subject to change before a session begins, and prices will be adjusted to incorporate or not incorporate the additional classes scheduled to be provided. All notices of mid-session cancellation must be submitted in writing to orlando@bellaballerina.com at least one (1) week prior to the next payment being processed. Because a spot has been held in class for your dancer for the entire session, any notification of cancellation after a payment has been processed will not qualify for a refund regardless of attendance status. When withdrawing from a session early, you are also foregoing any make-up classes available from missed dates that session.

Monthly Payments: Monthly payments for class dates in the past are non-refundable. Payment plans account for the full session of classes: Up to 16 weeks in Fall and Spring, and at least 8 weeks in Summer and Winter, with prices adjusted accordingly. Session lengths are subject to change before a session begins, and prices will be adjusted to incorporate or not incorporate the additional classes scheduled to be provided. Payment plans may be billed after the class date has already been completed and under no circumstances entitle the dancer to additional classes beyond the session just because it was billed in arrears. If monthly payments are not maintained, any make-up classes will be forfeited.
    Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable.

Agreement in Participation and Payment Policy: When enrolling for classes at Bella Ballerina, you agree to participate in a full session of classes, which may extend up to 16 weeks, depending on the class schedule. To provide financial flexibility, payments for these classes are divided into 3 or 4 installments rather than a lump sum. Payment and Cancellation Policy. Obligation: Once the first payment is processed, you are committed to the entire session of classes unless a cancellation request is submitted in writing THREE WEEKS (3) prior to the scheduled payment date. This policy applies to each subsequent payment. Cancellation Requests: Only written cancellation requests received THREE WEEKS (3) before the payment date will be considered. If approved, the payment will be canceled before processing. Chargebacks: By enrolling, you agree to waive your right to file any chargebacks for processed payments, including both session and recital payments.

Make-up Classes: Your dancer is allowed to attend make-up classes for any missed classes throughout your session. You must schedule a make-up class via our website so that we can anticipate your attendance and do not overfill classes. We require 24 hours' notice for make-up classes. Make-up classes may only carry over into future sessions if the dancer is actively enrolled and the account is in good standing. Make-up classes are a perk of our studios, and in order to use them, you must be an actively enrolled student with your account in good standing with all payments up-to-date. We do not guarantee the availability of make-up classes within personal scheduling constraints, and recommend scheduling make-up classes in advance as soon as you know you will not be able to attend your regularly scheduled class. Our Studio is not responsible for classes missed within your enrollment window, it is the responsibility of the registering family to make arrangements by scheduling a Make-up class through our online portal. Any missed classes not used or made up during an active enrollment period are forfeit and cannot be rolled over or refunded.

Proper Attire: To participate in classes, we require proper shoes. Tap shoes are required for classes containing tap, ballet shoes are required for classes containing ballet or jazz, and sneakers or ballet shoes can be worn for Bella Broadway or Beats classes. There is no color requirement for dance apparel, but students must wear a leotard and tights when possible for class. The only exception is Bella Boppers, who are welcome to wear whatever attire is comfortable and allows them to move freely.

Camps: When registering for camps, a deposit may be required. This deposit is to hold your spot in the camp as it may not take place for several months. If a camp reservation is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable. Any remainder for your camp payment will be automatically processed on the Camp payment due date. Once camp payments have been processed, they will become non-refundable for any reason. You may use deposits made to transfer to an alternate camp date or classes in the same session should a schedule conflict arise.

Apparel Purchase Return Policy: Due to the nature of dancewear, returns and exchanges are not permitted. Please take advantage of our boutique and try on items before purchase. Should an item be defective, please bring it to our attention.

Classes: When registering for classes, you will be enrolled in the quarterly session of your choice. Because our classes fill quickly, we give our current students first priority at class days and times at the change of each session so that they don't lose their desired spot. During our Priority Registration, we will follow what you have selected as your families continuation or cancellation requests as indicated throughout your form. Should you decide you do not want to continue classes into the next session, it is your responsibility to make us aware via Priority Registration or email that you would like to cancel within the above timelines. No refunds will be granted for payments run without written notification that you would like to discontinue classes.

Recitals: Recitals at Bella Ballerina are a special and optional experience designed to showcase your dancer’s hard work and progress. Participation in a recital requires a separate recital fee, which covers costs associated with costumes, venues, and other recital-related expenses.
    Recital Fees and Policies
Recital fees are non-refundable for any reason, including illness, as we pay vendors immediately and cannot recover those funds. Similarly, ticket fees are non-refundable. By enrolling in the recital, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
    Cancellation and Recital Participation
If your dancer is signed up for the recital and you cancel your session early, you may forfeit your dancer’s ability to participate in the recital. This includes canceling less than three weeks prior to the recital in an attempt to avoid the final payment. In such cases, tuition payments will take priority, and any outstanding tuition balances will be paid using the recital payment made earlier in the session.
    Communication and Commitment
We highly value and expect open communication from our parents, just as we strive to communicate frequently and transparently with you. By registering your dancer for the recital, you are committing to these policies and terms, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all dancers and families involved.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please contact us at orlando@bellaballerina.com. Thank you for supporting your dancer and Bella Ballerina.
