Wildlings Play Place is currently seeking Team Members to join their team. We are looking for Full and part-time positions to work in our indoor playground in Oregon City, OR. We are looking for team players who are customer focused, able to keep their heads up in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment and who understand the importance of an amazing family experience when visiting our playground and cafe!
Reporting directly to the Owner, the Team Member will be responsible to be the primary point of contact for families visiting Wildlings to ensure each and every guest has a superior experience while visiting. The team member must ensure that they are constantly aware of everything that is going on in the playground (a busy and interactive environment) in order to be able to proactively anticipate guests' needs and ensure they are met.
Must be able to pass a background check to work with children and be 18 years old.
Responsibilities will include:
ENSURING ALL GUESTS FEEL SAFE AND WELCOME.
greeting guests in a timely fashion, determining their needs and taking their payments for tickets, food, and drink items.
Preparing and serving food and drinks.
Selling play passes, and educating customers about our facility and offerings.
Ensuring that the cafe area is kept clean and organized and that stock is replenished as needed.
Ensuring guests are served their food in a professional and friendly manner.
Carrying out open and close cash activities ensuring that cash register/POS balances according to Wildlings policies.
Checking in with guests regarding their experience.
Resolving any guest concern or complaint, escalating to the Owner as required based on current Wildlings policies.
Kindly explaining the playground set up and rules for all areas to our guests.
Ensuring that all areas of Wildlings are kept clean and tidy.
Monitoring and engaging with children and parents utilizing our play area.
Keeping our play area and facility clean and tidy, including light and deep cleaning.
Acting as the lead Birthday Party host on an as-needed basis, depending on your scheduling needs and desired number of hours.
Physical requirements involve a combination of walking and standing. Includes climbing, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, reaching and walking on uneven surfaces
The successful candidate will have:
Candidates must be 18 years old
Certifications in Food handling & OLCC required. Will be reimbursed after 60 day trial period.
Experience working with a POS system would be an asset

This position must be available Monday through Sunday, day shifts only. Part-time hours will entail 10- 30 hours/week. Full time up to 35 hours.
