- Phi Kappa Psi recognizes the private nature of the contact information of its members and will only share that information with individuals working towards a specific purpose that benefits the Fraternity and its approved groups.
- All alumni of Phi Kappa Psi may request contact information for fellow alumni provided the information be used solely for the purpose stated upon its request.
- No contact information may be used for any outside business purposes, including but not limited to, solicitations, advertising or cold calling.
- Any individual found to be using contact information received from the Fraternity in an unapproved manner is subject to legal action, including the seizure of any supplied information and the forfeiture of any future requests.
- All requests for contact information must be made through a member of the Phi Kappa Psi National Headquarters Staff.
All contact information requests made by general alumni must also have the approval of one of the following recognized members of the fraternity:
- Any elected or appointed member of the Executive Council.
- Any chapter president.
- Any elected officer of a local alumni association.
- Any elected or appointed member of a local alumni/house corporation
- Any officer of the Canonsburg Corporation.
- Any trustee of the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation.
- The Executive Director of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity.
I hereby promise to use any contact information given to me by the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity solely for fraternal purposes. Any information I receive will be treated confidentially and not shared with any individuals or groups not affiliated with the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity. I also promise not to use the provided information for personal or professional gain not related to approved fraternal activities.
I will report any violation of privacy immediately to the national headquarters and promise to not disclose any information to anybody, except to authorized members of the fraternity for the purpose of carrying out their duties in connection with the permitted purpose.
