Thank you for your interest in supporting Minnesota Recovery Connection's Walk for Recovery as a Community Partner! MRC is pleased to offer table space at the Walk for Recovery to mutual aid groups, Recovery Community Organizations, and small nonprofit organizations that work to strengthen the recovery community. Community Partners receive a 10' x 10' space, including a table and 2 chairs, at the Walk for Recovery on September 12, 2026. Although we recommend a donation that works with your budget to help MRC offset Walk expenses, Community Partners are invited to participate free of charge.

Community Partner tabling is reserved for organizations that meet specific eligibility criteria. If your organization does not meet these criteria and is also unable to afford a sponsorship for the Walk for Recovery 2026, we still encourage you to connect with us. Please reach out, and we will work with you to find a solution. Our goal is to ensure that everyone who wants to be part of this celebration has an opportunity to participate.

Donation or Other Support

MRC is happy to offer exhibitor space to Community Partners at no charge. Any financial support you might be able to provide, however, will help us offset the cost of tables, chairs, equipment, permits, and the many other expenses associated with the Walk. We encourage you to start or join a Walk Team at https://minnesotarecovery.org/walk/; make a donation; or contribute in any way that works for your organization.

Vending Policy:

Capitol Grounds Management prohibits the sale of items or acceptance of monetary donations except in designated areas. MRC has reserved these spaces for food trucks, and we are not able to provide sponsor tables in the vending area. All sponsors and exhibitors are welcome to distribute items free of charge from their booth space.

No Show Policy

Please note that last-minute cancellations and no shows create unnecessary expense and effort for MRC, which is a small nonprofit organization. Please make every effort to ensure that your organization will be present on September 12 to use the equipment we have rented and space we have reserved for you. If your plans change and you are unable to participate, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than September 4, 2026.
