PARTICIPANT REGISTRATIONS
The color run registration fee is $15.00 per person. Our registration deadline for t-shirts was on October 8. Registrations after October 8 do NOT include a t-shirt. We will have extra t-shirts avaialble for sale at Monster Mash Dash for $10.00.
SPECIFIC STUDENT REGISTRATION DONATIONS
This year you can donate a registration for a specific student at Leeds Primary School or Leeds Elementary School. You will need the student's name, student's legal guardian's name and email, as well as the student's school, grade, and teacher to complete this form. PLEASE NOTE that the child's registration is NOT complete until their legal guardian completes their waiver registration form that will be emailed from leedselempto@gmail.com to the email address given below for their guardian.The student is NOT counted in the t-shirt count (for donations before October 8, 2024), their class count, or officially registered until this payment and their registration forms are BOTH received.

The Monster Mash Dash is a fundraiser that provides needed resources for Leeds Primary School and Leeds Elementary School students. The proceeds of this fundraiser are split evenly between the two schools.

How do I register multiple kids and adults?
You can register and pay for up to 10 people on this form. You must complete the payment in order to submit this form. You will receive an email confirmation after you submit the form.
What do I wear for the color run?
If you register by October 8, 2024, you will wear your race day t-shirt.
If you register after October 8, 2024, you can wear a plain white shirt to get covered in color powder.
You may also want to bring a towel, trash bag, and a change of clothes so that when you are done running you can change.

If you would like to donate general registrations, but do not have specific students in mind, please use the sponsorship form. The Leeds Primary School and Leeds Elementary School administrators will decide what students will receive the general registration donations received through the sponosrship form.

How long is the race?
The color run is a 1 mile loop that takes about 25 minutes to complete.
Where do I park?
When you arrive, please follow the police officer’s directions. You will park in the main lot at the front of The Outlet Shops of Grand River. Please do not block the race route.
What do I do if it’s raining?
The race is rain or shine.
