Vendor Application for Crisfield BIG Little Townfest DUCK DOGS

The BIG Little Townfest DUCK DOGS world record attempt for the most duck dogs (Golden, Labrador and Chesapeake Bay Retriever etc) will be August 9&10 from 12:00-6:00pm. Vendors will be set up around the American Legion Post #16 and/or Wellington Beach Area. We are expecting thousands of dog owners and lovers to visit during this two-day event. Spaces are only $30/day or $50 for both days and must be paid in advance to reserve your spot. This event will happen rain or shine. We look forward to seeing you in August!

Terms and Conditions:

The Friends of Crisfield reserve the right to refuse any entry.

Space: Spaces are approximately 12x12 feet on grass. The location of this event near the Chesapeake Bay means the area will often experience strong natural elements including sun and wind. The waterside location is great for visitors, but we strongly recommend tethered tents for shade and comfort. Tents, tables and chairs are the responsibility of the vendor.

Set-up/Breakdown: All vendors must be set up and ready to sell by the start times on the day of the event (noon). You may drive to your space to unload, but must move your vehicle to a proper parking space by 12:00noon. No vendor is to close before the official end time of the event (6:00pm). If you are staying both days you may leave items at your own risk. There are security cameras, but you are responsible for your own space and all tents, tables, chairs and items in your space. Please make sure to take all garbage with you at the end of the event. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Vendor tables and booths must be manned at all times and intact until the event closes every day.

Vendors will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property including theft or casualty. Each vendor is responsible for the conduct of his or her employee or representative and activities shall not detract from the image or welfare of the event.

Only one vendor per space/table without prior approval of an authorized official of the event.

Merchandise: The Friends of Crisfield has exclusive rights to sell "World Record 2024", "Duck Dogs 2024" and "BIG Little Townfest 2024" merchandise for this event. Please have plenty of retriever and dog related items for sale which will be extremely popular, but refrain from using these details on the items you have for sale. You will be asked to remove any material that has this information on it.

Sales Tax: Vendors can showcase or sell, but if you do sell, we require that you collect sales tax if applicable by law.

The Friends of Crisfield have the right to decline any application for space, at any time, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the event.
