To host a Mintcloud Earring workshop we require a few facilities to be at the chosen venue:

- 1 x chair for every guest participating

- 1 x table space for every guest participating (large enough for A3 placement and bowls for each guest)

- 1 x chair for workshop host

- 1 x table for host to set up the components and jewellery drill (to the minimum equivalent of a regular trestle table
