Deposits

To secure an appointment, I require a non-refundable deposit fee which is APPLIED to the final price of every service. DEPOSIT FEES are different for every service. (PLEASE read every service description and deposit fee) Deposit fees are made at the moment you book a service, appointments will not be confirmed unless deposit has been received. Deposit can be send via Zelle, Apple Pay (915)222-6279 or Cash App $AestheticsByMiggs (please include a memo with the same name as the appointment name). Here at Aesthetics By Miggs we use Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App and/or Cash payments.

Cancelation

I require at least 24 hours notice for any clients that needs to cancel. If you cannot provide this notice it will result in the loss of your booking deposit fee. This policy is set as I would not be able to refill the cancelation slot in under 24 hours.

Early/Lateness

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please wait until your allocated slot time as I may still be with another client, preparing for your appointment or even attending to personal matters. If you are late, please note that the time will come out of your allocated time slot and could result in a late fee.

Plus 1's

Due to my insurance and the size of my work room, children and/or pets are not allowed during your appointment. Frirends and family members are not permitted during the appointment either. (If its a matter of urgency to have someone with you, please contact us as soon as possible to see if it can be prearranged.)

Payment

Bank transferes through Zelle are accepted, Debit and Credit Card payments are accepted (A transaction fee will be added), Cash App and Apple pay are accepted. If you are paying cash, please have correct amount. (We do not carry change)

Patch testing

A patch test is way of checking that you are not allergic to any of the products I intend to use during your appointment. This helps to prevent an adverse reaction during or after your treatment.

A small amount of product is applied to the skin behind the ear or behind the arm 24-48 hours prior to treatment.

This is required by my insurance, however, if you wish to decline a patch test at your own risk you will need to sign a waiver.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with our booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not procced to scheduling and/or receiving any services from AestheticsByMiggs. This terms and condictions have to be fullfilled before the appointment date via online or paper form.

2. Description of Services

Our services include micropigmentation, brow lamination and tint, lash lamination and tint and eyelash extensions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We also, reservice the right to refuse services.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our services. We are not responsible for any sensitive information that you may provide. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of AestheticsByMiggs and/or its licensors All Beauty Salon and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AestheticsByMiggs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
