2024 Twilight by the Lake Dinner & Dance Registration

Inspiring Hope International (IHI) is a local nonprofit started by a homeschool mom that gives 10% back to the homeschool community because we are better together! IHI provides financial scholarships to local families struggling with the effects of trauma & PTSD. Support a great cause and give to your favorite homeschool organization at the same time!
Make sure every person submits their own registration form. Payments can be made with a one-time payment, but everyone needs their own registration form.

TIME Dinner is served from 6-7 pm. DJ opens the dance floor from 7-11 pm.

Regular Ticket Price 8/1-8/31: $65

Last Call Ticket Price/At the Door Price 9/1-9/14: $75

Ticket price includes sit down dinner. Plan on getting to the April Sound entrance from 5:30-45 in order to get through the security gate, park, and check-in so you can get seated for dinner by 6:00 pm. Dinner will stopped being served by 7:00 pm. Questions 832-971-2071.

POLICIES
- Each student must fill out their own form.
- Please pick up your student on time.
- Students must be 14-19 (in high school or a 2024 grad)
- Ticket Sales are nonrefundable, but may be transferred, email questions to homeschool.dancetx@gmail.com.
CODE OF CONDUCT

Students may be asked to leave event if speech, attire, or behavior are considered inappropriate or disrespectful per the discretion of coordinator/chaperones. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for damage caused by the student to private or public property.
No re-entry.
No outside food or beverages.
No tobacco products.
No smoking or vaping.
No refunds.

DRESS CODE
- Gentlemen: dress pants, long-sleeve collared shirts, tie (optional)(preferred)
- Ladies: Short dresses must be longer than fingertips, area from waist to fingertip length must be completely covered; the attire is approved at the entrance, do not change clothes afterward

WAIVER

I acknowledge that this event involves risk. I hereby assume all of the risks of participation. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability form will be used by the holders, sponsors, and organizers of the event and that it will govern the attendee's actions and responsibilities at the event, including travel to and from the event. I hereby take action for myself, my students, attendees, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns as follows: waive, release and discharge Inspiring Hope International, its directors, officers, volunteers, representatives and agents from any and all liability, loss, and cost, claim, damage and cause of action of any kind; and indemnify and hold harmless the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all such liabilities or claims made as results of participation in this event. I hereby consent for my student to receive medical treatment, which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident or illness during this event. I understand that my student may be photographed at this event. I agree to image release and allow their photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holder and assigns. This Accident Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. My parent(s) or Guardian and I have read and understand that we are agreeing to release the Inspiring Hope International organization and all officers, leaders, or volunteers of any and all liability.
