A comprehensive agreement will be sent if you are invited to exhibit, these are some things to consider for now.
1. A deposit of 25% of your total rent amount is required if successful. This deposit is Non-Refundable in case the exhibitor cancels or withdraws from their show. The balance of the rental cost is due a month prior to the exhibition opening date.
2. A gallery curator and technician is available to help install your show. Our staff are not responsible for damage or loss of artwork when installing your show.
3. Exhibitors are to provide any Special hanging/installation devices during installation. We supply, nails, screws, hammers, tape measure, level and ladder.
4. With the help of gallery staff, exhibitors are responsible for bump out. You must remove all works from the gallery and return it to original condition. Gallery staff will be available upon request.
5. As we do not have secure storage facilities, you cannot store works here past the show end date.
6. Exhibition openings are held on the Friday or Saturday closest to the start of the month you are exhibiting. We provide a bar and staff. Exhibitors are responsible for any extra special catering or special catalogue printing. We provide a standard, designed catalogue.
7. MOM does not take responsibility for the insurance of artwork against theft.
