  • Congratulations on your new Blink DC fast charger! We are thrilled you chose us for your electric vehicle charging needs. To ensure a smooth commissioning process for your new DC fast charger, we've provided some helpful points below to guide you in setting up your appointment and completing the required form. Thank you again for choosing Blink!

    1. For host owned installations, please read and follow the manufactures installation manual carefully. Installations that do not follow the requirements laid out in the manual will result in the warranty being voided as well as costly repairs. Make sure you install according to NEC and local code.

    2. If you did not purchase the extended warranty at the time of sale, the manufacturers warranty covers material only so the host will be responsible for labor of all repairs and onsite troubleshooting.

    3. If the charger was purchased from a 3rd party, you will first need to complete the end user paperwork.

    4. Please provide a minimum of two weeks' advance notice for the requested commissioning date.

    5. Provide pictures of the electrical connections to the charger and the transformer nameplate, breaker, disconnect box and Nayax Serial Number photo.
