"Band Fees Agreement"
- Students in the Tom C. Clark Band must commit in writing and are required to pay Band Fees each school year to help offset expenses associated with operating the Band program.
- Band Students' fees are $450.
- Percussion Band Students' fees are $500. Percussion fees include Marching Percussion Stick/Mallet Fee.
- Families with more than one student in Band are discounted to $400 per student.
- Section Fees are $50.
- In the event one does not pay their Band Fees, the student's account will be submitted to the school administration for further collection.
Band and Section Fees Payment Due Date
Band Fees must be paid in full by Band Prep Day on Monday, July 22, 2024.
If you are unable to pay in full, please contact Head Director, Mr. Justin Murphy, to discuss a payment plan.
Band Fees Help Pay For:
- Custom designed and arranged marching show
- Props and Equipment for marching show
- Band Clinicians and Technicians
- Marching Show Shirt
- Concert Band Master Class Instructors
- Clark Band Shirt (First year & New Band students, worn when performing for pep rallies and other selected Band events)
- Custom Water Jugs (First year & New Band students, for marching rehearsals)
- Transportation Expenses
- Meals served during select Band activities
*Band students will have other expenses not covered by Band Fees such as marching shoes, black shorts, black socks and practice white shirts.
Section Fees
Section fees are required to pay for section sponsored events which include U.I.L Event, Homecoming Mums and Silent Auction.
What are Band Bucks?
Band Bucks are "credits" that can be earned and added to your personal band account. This system is used for various transactions throughout the year. Band Bucks earned will carry over from school year to school year.
