Additional Documents (optional)

As part of our onboarding process, clients are asked to submit a $300 property reserve. This fund is held on file and may be applied to maintenance requests exceeding $500. Reserves will be replenished the following billing cycle if used. Any remaining balance will be retained until the end of the contract, at which point any unused portion will be refunded.

To help simplify the process, you are welcome to submit a payment towards your reserve by logging into your new, Buildium account and following the green "send funds" button on the main page.
