    Fest in the West will take place on Saturday, April 5, 2025

    from 11 am-5 pm

    at Mills Park, 441 Mills Park Drive, Cary, NC 27519.

    Fest in the West is western Cary's signature event! This year we are changing things up and focusing on KIDS and families! In the seven years of producing this event, our Kids Corral became THE MOST POPULAR area. We are expanding this concept to the entire theme of Fest in the West in 2025.

    We would love to have your group perform or demonstrate your talents on one of our stages or performance areas. 

    The festival will feature a Performance Stage, a Music Stage, The Big Field for athletic demonstrations, a Robotics/STEM area, a Petting Zoo, Interactive Arts, a Food Truck Rodeo, and Vendor Tents for community outreach.

    This will NOT be an arts and crafts fair. While we may have vendors selling items, they must all be kid-related. Fest in the West will be a great way to highlight your business and find new clients for summer camps and year-round enrollment. If you would like a booth at Fest in the West, please fill out the request for booth space below.

     

    The deadline to apply is January 30, 2025, or until all spaces are filled.

    No Tents or supplies are provided for booths, you must bring your own. You will be able to drive up to your spot to load in.

          Booth 10' x 10'How many 10' x 10' foot spaces do you need? Single is $50, 10 'x 20' is $100 , 10' x 30' is $150 . Coose the number you need fro the drop-down menu. You must supply own tent, tables and chair, and booth materials. This option is ONLY available for companies that will have performances and demonstrations during the Fest in the West event

          We will reach out when we create the schedule to confirm your performance time, no later than January.

          Load-in instructions will be emailed at least one week before the festival.
