This package is for apartment/housing approvals that do not require a credit score. It can be custom made or you can use your name/dob. We do not apply for apartments for you, though you may add the option to your cart. When you purchase this package you will receive one new blank credit profile + 250 public records + an offer letter with employment verification + digital ssn. Please allow up to one week for this to be completed.

This package is for those who need to move within the next two weeks. We will apply for housing on your behalf using a custom made profile. The lease will not be in your name. You will not have access to this profile. We do not guarantee approvals for specific properties. If you would like to add yourself as a leaseholder, you can add it to your cart for an additional fee. Please allow up to two weeks to obtain a housing approval.
