This form is for Existing Advisors and Associates only. New Franchise Owners/Co-owners are automatically in our system.
We are excited that you will be joining us at one of our STAR University classes! Please complete the form at least 3 weeks prior to your desired STAR University class date. Once you are confirmed, please feel free to book your travel arrangements to Ft. Lauderdale. Keep in mind that parking and airport transportation will be at your own expense.

Please note that this form is for returning advisors, or newly added Co-Owner/Associate who are wanting to attend a STAR U class. If you are an owner who just purchased a franchise, this form is not to be completed, as you are already on our main training list.
