I understand that I will be responsible for any related expenses associated with the flight-including any fines incurred by MFI for improper entry documents or possession of a prohibited item. These expenses are in addition to the standard recommended contribution.

I understand that MFI has the right and obligation to remove my affiliation and privilege to fly with MFI if these rules and regulations are not respected.
