1. Cats are to live in a private residence.

2. To provide nutritious food and water every day.

3. Never to strike or harm your pet.

4. Never to have your cat declawed.

5. To ensure that vaccinations are done on a regular vet recommended basis, and that rabies is administered if adopting a kitten.

6. To provide veterinary care in the event of sickness or injury.

7. If your pet is to be relinquished for any reason, the pet MUST NOT be relinquished to any human society, or other person, please return to KOTP.

8. I understand that failure to perform the foregoing agreement will constitute a breach of contract, I authorize KOTP to reclaim possession of the adopted pet.
