Important information to note:

Who can be a Mentor?
- An experienced professional, with at least 4 years of experience in your particular industry or field
- Someone who is passionate about mentoring and supporting the development of black professionals
- Someone who is willing to commit their time and effort to provide valuable insights to the future generation of black youths
- Someone with a supportive, risk-free, learning mentality for offering career guidance and enhanced leadership behaviors
Commitments & Expectations
- The program will run for 3 months with a required commitment of five-30 minute sessions throughout the program timeframe.
- Required to commit to a minimum of five working sessions over the course of the program; however, if you and your Mentee are clicking, feel free to connect more!
- This will be a fully virtual program, however, if both parties feel comfortable they can feel free to connect in person
