Terms & Conditions

Please read and agree to the following conditions before submitting your application:
1-Initial Indoor Period: All adopted cats must be kept strictly indoors for a minimum of 3 months to allow proper settling and adjustment.

2-Ongoing Housing: We strongly prefer our cats to be kept as indoor-only pets, with access to a secure catio or enclosed outdoor space if possible.

3-Rehoming: If you are at any point unable to continue care for your adopted cat, you are required to return the cat to The Cat Haven.

4-No Euthanasia: Under no circumstances should the adopted cat be surrendered to a pound, rehomed without our knowledge, or euthanized unless advised and confirmed by a qualified veterinarian for humane reasons—and only after contacting us first.
