    Are you interested in becoming a casual employee at Burnley Leisure & Culture Hospitality? We currently employ around 60 casual staff that work across our five venues, Burnley Mechanics Theatre, Prairie Sports Village, Towneley Golf Course, The Boathouse Thompson Park and The Rotunda Towenley Park. We are a Real Living Wage employer and provide a great working environment for our team.   • A part of a casual role is to be able to respond in the event of an emergency, which may be medical or which may well result in needing to support the evacuation of a venue.   • Casual Employee Information

    As a casual employee at Burnley Leisure & Culture you understand that this is not contracted employment, we will offer shifts at least a month in advance and you have the option to agree to accept them. Once accepted we do expect you to work, if you fail to attend a shift it is likely that no more shifts will be offered. (sickness will be taken into account)
