Student Technology Request Form
The College of Menominee Nation’s Technical Education Department loans laptops and Wi-Fi hotspots to students who need them to succeed in their coursework. Equipment is funded by the Native American Career and Technical Education Program (NACTEP).

If you believe you qualify, complete this form. A CMN staff member will review your request and contact you about next steps.
IMPORTANT - CHECK ELIGIBILITY BEFORE YOU APPLY

You are not eligible for another laptop if any of the following apply:
- You have already received a CMN laptop within the last two (2) years.
  Example: students issued a laptop in Spring 2023 or later are not yet eligible.
- Your declared major is Liberal Studies.
After you submit this form, a CMN staff member will contact you to confirm your eligibility.
