    Vendor Booth Opportunities – Plano Juneteenth 2025Life Community Enrichment is proud to present the Plano Juneteenth Celebration 2025, a vibrant event dedicated to honoring the legacy of freedom and the rich heritage of African American culture.This year’s theme, "Rooted in Resilience: A Plano Juneteenth Celebration," celebrates the strength, perseverance, and triumph of a people who, despite generations of hardship, have continued to rise, build, and thrive. It pays tribute to the deep roots of our ancestors—those who endured, fought for freedom, and paved the way for future generations. Resilience is woven into the fabric of our history and our nation. It is reflected in the communities that rebuild, the voices that refuse to be silenced, and the dreams that persist despite adversity. From the fields of Galveston to the halls of progress, Black Americans have continuously shaped and strengthened this country with determination, culture, and excellence. We invite you to be a part of this historic celebration by securing a vendor booth at the event.

  • Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services at two exciting events:
    Juneteenth Praise Fest at Douglass Mural
    📅 Setup: Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 5:00 PM
    Main Event: Rooted in Resilience – A Plano Juneteenth Celebration
    📅 Saturday, June 21, 2025 | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    Join us for a day filled with music, a vibrant parade, family fun, and community celebration!

     

        Vendors (and assistants):

    • are required to provide all necessary items (excluding table cloth/cover) to set up their booth/table. 
    •        shall not remove their booth/sales table prior to the end of the event.  
    •       must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event. 
    • are expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY guest.
    • are required to wear a face mask throughout duration of the event.

     
    NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEGAL OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED, IF THE COMMITTEE FEELS ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED. NON-COMPLIANCE WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
     
    Life Community Enrichment, and The Agape Group,, reserves the right to market you/your items before/during/after to include social media and photos (we use a photo taken at one event including your picture to advertise our next
    event).
     
    LIABILITY: Vendors shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of any lawful authority, agency or government unity which apply to the use of its vending space, including without limitation, any state or local applicable fire and building code and/or health regulations applicable to the locality in which the event is taking place.
    The Vendor shall be solely responsible for any and all injuries to persons or damages to property or any other injury, claim, damage or loss of whatever nature, arising from or related to the Event. Vendor shall indemnify, save and hold harmless Life Community Enrichment, and The Agape Group,, its agents and volunteers from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of injury to person (including death) or damage to property or any other injury, claim, damage, loss, cost or expense arising from the Event performed by vendor including, but not limited to, any negligence, act or omission of vendor.
    The Vendor agrees to accept responsibility for all materials and goods furnished by him/her, and used or displayed in the booth area and accepts full responsibility for his/her personal property. Vendor agrees that Life Community Enrichment, and The Agape Group,, its volunteers and agents shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to vendor’s equipment, supplies, goods or other property.
    Life Community Enrichment, and The Agape Group, shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of vendor or any of its representatives, employees, agents, patrons and guests, because of fire, robbery, accidents, or any other cause whatsoever that may arise from vendor’s use or occupancy of its allocated space during the Event.
    The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Life Community Enrichment, and The Agape Group, representatives, and agents against any and all claims of any person whomsoever, from acts or omissions of the vendor, its representatives, employees, agents, patrons, or guests.
