    Welcome to Teton Music School! We're excited to have you with us.

    Please complete this form and select a time for a staff member to call in order to complete your registration.

    Note: Please complete a separate/ additional form for each student if registering multiple students.

    Scholarships

    We offer various scholarships thanks to our generous donors:

    1. One22 Youth Activity Scholarship: For K-8 students. TMS matches One22's award, potentially reducing tuition to 33%. One22 also helps with instruments and supplies. Apply with One22.
    2. Boundless Foundation: For students ages 8-18. Provides funding for extracurricular arts activities. Contact your school counselor for a referral.
    3. TMS Scholarships: For grades 9-12, supporting continued musical studies. Apply with TMS.

    Timeline

    After registering, it takes approximately two weeks to finalize schedules and assignments. 

    We carefully match instructors with students to ensure educational goals are met while fostering an accessible, inclusive, and supportive environment tailored to each student's unique needs. This attention to detail takes time, and we appreciate your patience. You will receive a confirmation email via Pike13.

  • Private Lessons and Availability

    Please provide your scheduling preferences for private lessons. Detailed preferences help us match you with the best available times. **Due to high demand, private lesson times are filling up fast, and while we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee availability.**
  • **We build the master schedule once per year in August. Things shift as student schedules change, and we welcome your request, however most teachers' private-lesson times after school are full. Please fill out your preferences and availability so we can add you to our waitlist. Thank you!**

    Student lessons times are scheduled through the end of the school year, May 23, 2025. Please consider all possible conflicts for the school year before requesting your lesson time/s. 

    The school year is broken into three billing sessions. Tuition is to to be paid before each session begins. Payment plans and scholarships are available.

    Students can request to make schedule changes, or withdraw from lessons, if they submit their requests by the published deadlines prior to each next billing session. We cannot change lesson days or times in the middle of a session.

  • Group Classes and Ensembles

    Similar to private lessons, once you indicate your interest, we will assign enrollment to the classes and you will see the tuition charge and confirmation.

    Some ensembles require an audition. If you are interested in joining an auditioned ensemble after the audition date, follow the instructions here.

    Students wishing to enroll in auditioned ensembles must also be enrolled in private lessons to support their participation.

  • Scholarships and Payment Preferences

    Email us at hello@tetonmusicschool.org if you'd like to discuss scholarship options. Scholarship plans must be communicated to TMS for the student to be scheduled.
  • Scholarship Options

    One22 - Qualifying students Grades K-8 can apply to One22 for a Youth Activity Scholarship. TMS matches the amount awarded by One22, with the family paying as little as 33% of the tuition cost. One22 can also help with the cost of instruments and supplies. Apply with One22.

    Boundless - Qualifying students Ages 8-18 can receive support through Boundless, a private, local foundation that provides funding for extracurricular activities in the arts. Contact your school guidance counselor for a referral.

    TMS - Qualifying students Grades 9-12 can apply to TMS directly for scholarship support. This fund is intended to support committed music students who age out of One22 support (after 8th grade) and wish to continue their musical studies by enrolling in multiple offerings, for example, rock band plus private lessons or families with siblings in multiple lessons. Apply with TMS.
