  -Must include employment dates, educational background, and skills.
  
  2. 1-2 minute video introduction (Mp4 format)
  
  -Use a well-lit, noise-free room with your computer's camera.
  
  -Preferably take the video in your home office.
  
  -Use a headset for clear audio.
  
  3. Cover Letter to talk more about your experiences
  
  -You can talk about your previous work experiences and challenges you have overcomed.
  
  -Use at least 100-150 words minimum.
  
  4. Screenshots of your Device Specifications
  
  -Go to about your pc.
  
  5. Photo of your workstation.
  
  6. Speedtest result from speedtest.net.
If you like to take a break, you have an option to save the form by clicking the SAVE button. When you’re ready to start again, do so by clicking the same application link you used. Failure to click the SAVE button before closing the form would delete the previous info entered.
