FITW Craft Vendor Application

Fest in the West Craft Booth Application

Thank you for your interest in our event, Fest in the West. The event will take place on Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 11 am- 5 pm at Mills Park, 441 Mills Park Road, Cary, NC 27519.
This application is for kids-related products ONLY.

DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR FOOD TRUCKS OR BEVERAGES. There are separate applications for those categories. No imported products are allowed. Vendor merchandise must be original work by the craft vendor or their staff, not a rep. A $15 application fee is due with this application to be considered as a vendor.
Application Deadline is Feb 1, 2025.

You must submit the $15 application fee (to cover our hosting costs) with this application. We don't charge processing fees.
- Once accepted, you will return to this application to choose a single or double booth and pay the booth fee.
- ONLY pay the $15 now with this application.
- The deadline to apply is February 1, 2025. You will be notified by Feb 14 if you are selected for the event.
- All payments must be made by March 1 or your acceptance is not confirmed.
- All booth spaces are 10' x 10' and will be pre-assigned to vendors. You must supply your tent and all booth supplies.
- Your booth will be on grass. All Booths must have weights as it gets very windy in West Cary!
No electricity is provided.

We will send load-in instructions, booth numbers and all other pertinent info to accepted vendors by March 30, 2025.
