I grant Impact Dance Adjudicators Inc permission to use any photography/videography/voice recording taken for any legal use, including, but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, web content, and social media in perpetuity. I understand Impact Dance Adjudictors Inc may share stills or footage taken with Streetz or other parties, and they are allowed to post them on their own social media accounts.

I hereby consent to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of the Attendee's voice and performance as part of the Podcast entitled "Making The Impact: A Dance Competition Podcast". Any materials prepared in the course of the production and distribution of the Podcast become property of IDA, and IDA shall have the sole and exclusive right to use, exploit and distribute such Materials, throughout the world, in perpetuity.

I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me for each use. I understand this is a non-exclusive partnership and model will not be represented in any derogatory manner.

If participant is under the age of 18, I grant permission as their guardian.
