SUBMITTAL OF THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED. You will be contacted once the data has been reviewed by staff. NOTE: Wedding Requests are for CBC Members only.

FACILITIES FEES
A description of the required Facilities Fees are below:
Use of our facilities requires the following fees: (Please check that you have read each line item.) *

$450 is due with this registration form to be used for the Fees detailed below (any non-used fees will be refunded after the event)
Custodian = $100 for Wedding only.
Custodian = $150 for Wedding and either a Rehearsal Dinner or Wedding Reception.
Custodian = $200 for Wedding, Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Reception
Tech Team = $100 for a minimum of 2 team members. Staff to determine add'l team members needed for this event.
Tablecloths = $7.50 per linen tablecloth fee for dry cleaning.
