CANCELLATION POLICY: I require a 48 hour notice of cancellation. Any reservation canceled less then 48 hours in advance will result in a $100 cancellation fee. The $100 fee is due prior to rescheduling a new reservation. Due to the increase in demand, I can't guarantee another reservation will be available in a timely manner if any adjustments are made to your reservation after booking. SERVICE REDO POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you find yourself not satisfied with your haircut or color, please notify me within 10 days of your visit and I will gladly trouble shoot or correct the issues at no cost to you. If you find something unsatisfying about your haircut or color that was not discussed during your consultation, it will be considered a new service with a charge at my current rate.
