SWAT teams are organized by industry. Teams are generally 6-8 members in size. Each team is member-led with a playbook sent to each team member as a guide for team meetings.

The current categories are:
Executive | Director | Management
Finance | Accounting
Marketing | PR | Communications | Sales
HR | Training | Admin
Product | Program | Project Management
Tech
General: Healthcare | Law | Education, The Arts, etc.

If joining a team, you are agreeing to be accountable to your team members and to show up for meetings (mostly over Zoom), and to come prepared for each meeting. Our hope is you will be an enthusiastic and contributing member of your team until you return to employment. Upon returning to employment, we hope a couple checks in you will invite your team to coffee or happy hour to thank them for their support during a challening time.

Rather than have you sitting on the fence for several weeks, we might add you to one of our "Combined" teams. That will be your call.
