The main drive to the festival by order of Homeland Security will be closed during Festival operating hours (Melanie Lane). No vehicles will be allowed in or out, what this means for everyone.
Festival Hours Saturday 9:30 am – 6 pm Sunday 12 noon – 6pm
Parking passes for the festival will include:
LOT – D (Drop off zone)
We have a drop off lane just past the main entrance that will be supervised by the Germantown Police for drop off Items you may need to get to your food booths during Festival operating hours. You will be turned away without this pass.
We will have a festival cart stationed there to help you unload during Festival hours and get things to your space in an emergency. You cannot leave your car or park here. You will be asked to move on once finished. All food vendors will get this pass.
LOT – HS General Parking High School
This area is for your workers that come and go as they work their shifts. (they can walk over) High School
LOT – C All Day Parking (festival grounds)
This area is for you or workers that plan on staying all day at your space during festival hours. Once your car is parked here, you are stuck here and cannot leave the festival during operating hourslisted above.
LOT – T All Day Parking (festival grounds)
This area is for Trailers and Trucks that plan on staying all day during Festival hours. Once your Truck or Trailor is parked here, you are stuck here and cannot leave the festival during operating hours listed above.
All food booths will receive the following with your application at our meeting
Lot – D 2 Free Passes
Lot – HS 2 Free passes (High School) You can purchase additional at checkout below
Lot – C 1 Free pass (Must stay all day!)
Lot – T Limited as needed pass for Truck or Trailor (Stays all day, must be pre-approved!)
