- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Understanding of food processing and preservation methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct experiments to develop new food product.
- Analyze food ingredients, processing methods, and technologies to enhance flavor, texture, nutritional value, and shelf life of products.
- Identify and implement the latest food processing technologies and methods.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of research findings, experiments, and product development processes.
- Draft technical reports, presentations, and publications as needed.
- Develop and implement testing methods to assess product quality, safety, and effectiveness.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical guidelines.
