Before filling out this form, please be reminded of the following:
1) This is a PAY-AS-YOU-ORDER (PAYO) pre-order event, wherein you must pay first before handling your order.
2) T-shirt production takes a lot longer than usual paper-based merch. Please do not order if you cannot wait.
3) Production times: 1 month to 3 months (including packaging and shipping)
4) All shipping is done through GoGo Xpress (GGX). You will be required to provide your details. The shipping fee is not included in the PHP 777 shirt price. As such, please provide the shipping fee payment as well.
5) All updates will be primarily sent through email.
6) No cancellations upon the receipt of payment.
7) New shirt sizing! Since I have a new supplier, the shirt used is on par with the Waiting Room shirt.
8) In the event that the minimum order quota is not met, your payment will be refunded and the pre-order will not continue.
