This is a required form to fill out in order to book an appointment w/me online! @tatsbytonii is my instagram + @tats by toni is my facebook page! I require all clients to send over a $35 deposit for no-shows and for getting you in the books via VENMO! Please give any and all specifications, details, colors, placement, etc and I will contact you via dm or email tatsbytonii@gmail.com to discuss further with you on your project!! hourly rates + flash designs are all in my story highlights on instagram!
my workload depends on complexities of pieces, so if I don't respond up to 1 month please don't fret! I do my best to get who I can! I am also suggestive with my books on what designs I am willing to do so please be mindful of this!
