Dear Prospective Exhibitor,
Greetings! We the committee of the "Sister 2 Sister: Pain to Power" Conference invite you to participate as a vendor during our 2024 conference. This conference will be held Friday, October 18, 2024-Sunday, October 20, 2024 at Hartford Memorial Baptist Church in Detroit, MI.
To register, please visit our website rebuidthefoundation.org to fill out your form and make your payment. We also accept Zelle and checks.
For vendors that reserve their space by August 15, 2024, we are offering a special rate of $175.00 per table with a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 After August 15, 2024, the vendor rate increases to $200.00 per table. The remaining balance is due by October 1, 2024, prior to space assignment. Please note that exhibit spaces are only assigned to vendors who have paid in full. The fee covers 1 exhibit table (8ft. X 3 ft, and 2 chairs only.
If other services or accommodations are required, please advise our committee coordinator and they may be available for an additional cost. If you require overnight accommodations, please contact the committee coordinator.
All interested vendors are encouraged to review and complete the enclosed application.
